HOTFIX:
This hotfix includes:
- a fix to a bug where once the spawn limit is reached the inhabitants no longer spawn making the round unwinnable.
- outlines only the remaining inhabitant and no dead bodies will be outlined when the last 25% inhabitants are remaining.
